Large Discs - 1 1/2" diameter - comfortably holds up to 180 sheets
Medium Discs - 1" diameter - comfortably holds up to 130 sheets
Small Discs - 1/2" diameter - comfortably holds up to 50 sheets
 
Discs are just as sturdy as ordinary 3-ring binders but much easier to use.  No pinching your fingers--lift the page off to remove, or press the notches of the paper around the discs to insert the page in.  
 
Plastic covers are durable with a matt finish.
